1. The competition is open for participants from LKG to 18+ Adults as per the selected category.

2. Participants must ensure that all submitted work is original and created by the participant only.

3. Any form of copying, tracing, or external help (especially for kids categories) is strictly not allowed.

4. Entries must strictly follow the given theme: "Save Forest – Save Future".

5. All submissions must be uploaded through the official Google Form only.

6. Accepted file formats: JPG / PNG only. Blurred or unclear images may be rejected.

7. Each participant can register for the competition only after successful payment.

8. Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

9. No refund will be provided for non-submission, incorrect submission, or late submission.

10. In case of duplicate payment or technical issues, participants must contact within 24 hours for support.

11. All entries must be submitted on or before the deadline. Late entries will not be accepted.

12. The decision of the judges will be final and binding.

13. Prizes will be awarded based on performance, creativity, and adherence to rules.

14. MR Academy reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the competition due to unavoidable circumstances.

15. In case of event cancellation, an alternative arrangement or reschedule will be provided.

16. By registering, participants agree to allow MR Academy to use their submitted work for promotional purposes (social media, website, etc.).

17. Contact details provided during registration must be accurate. MR Academy is not responsible for incorrect information.

18. Participation certificates will be provided to all eligible participants after successful submission.
